I live outside Taiwan. When will my order be dispatched?
Once payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your item(s) within 7 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. For preorders, lottery sales, and custom orders, the delivery schedule will be provided in your order confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and region.
届け先が海外である場合、注文した製品は到着まで何日くらいかかりますか？
決済確認後、土日祝日を除き、7営業日以内に製品を発送します。予約販売、抽選販売、カスタムオーダーについては、注文確認メールに発送時期を記載しています。 配送先の国・地域の状況や通関手続、EMS / DHLの状況によってお届けに時間がかかる場合があります。
I want to order your products, but I noticed that my country is not available for shipping. Can this be arranged?
We warmly welcome friends from all over the world to purchase our products! Please email your request to wowoolsocks@gmail.com, and we will check the shipping time and cost for your country. Once confirmed, we will add your country to our website.
Please note that shipping costs vary depending on weight. To help reduce shipping fees while ensuring that all products are brand new and clean, we minimize excessive packaging.
商品を注文したいのですが、配送先に自分の国を選択できません。対応していただくことは可能でしょうか？
私たちは世界中の皆さまに当店の商品をお届けできることを大変嬉しく思っております！ご希望の国への配送をご希望の場合は、wowoolsocks@gmail.com までご連絡ください。配送可能な方法を確認し、送料や配送期間を調査した上で、当サイトに追加させていただきます。
なお、送料は重量によって変動します。そのため、商品が新品 で清潔な状態を保つことを最優先にしながら、過剰な梱包を控え、できるだけ送料を抑えるよう努めております。
Shipping to Germany & EU Countries
Why is my package being held by German Customs? What should I do?
Since July 2021, EU Customs (especially in Germany) has implemented stricter inspections for all non-EU imports. All packages are subject to value verification for Import VAT assessment.
Reason: Even with accurate declarations and invoices attached, customs may temporarily hold packages to verify the transaction value.
Action: This is a standard procedure. If you receive a notification from Customs or the postal service, simply provide them with your Order Confirmation email or the Commercial Invoice attached to your shipment. The package will be released once the value is confirmed.
Costs: Please note that Import VAT and potential handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you require additional documentation, please feel free to contact us.
ドイツおよびEU諸国への配送について
ドイツ税関で荷物が止まってしまったのはなぜですか？どうすればいいですか？
2021年7月以降、EU（特にドイツ）税関では非EU圏からの全輸入品に対し、輸入付加価値税（VAT）の徴収を目的とした検認を厳格化しています。

理由： Wowool側で正確な申告とインボイスの添付を行っておりますが、税額確定のために税関で一時的に保留される場合がございます。

対応： これは通常の通関手続きですのでご安心ください。税関や郵便局から書類提出の連絡があった際は、注文確認メールまたは同梱の納品書（Commercial Invoice）をご提示いただければ、確認後に配送が再開されます。
